Pradeepa Mawatha Housing Project

A 14-storey residential housing complex with a total gross floor area of 16,850 m², comprising 226 housing units. The development includes two passenger elevators and a reinforced concrete (RCC) structure with brick, block, and concrete walls. Finishes consist of natural aluminium-framed doors, cement-rendered floors, metal roofing, and painted fair-face soffits. The project also incorporates floor and wall tiling, comprehensive finishing works, electrical installations, water supply and drainage systems, a fire protection system, and all associated external services.
